The Journey So Far
Hi there! I’m Leigh, the CEO of a multinational bank operating in the UAE, Nigeria, the UK, Singapore, Angola, and India. I lead a team of over 500 staff members, focusing on driving digital transformation in the financial sector. My background blends creativity with strategic thinking, thanks to my Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and advanced training in AI, Agile methodologies, DevOps, AML, and CFT. This mix of skills helps me tackle complex projects with innovative solutions.

Ventures and Visions
My professional path has been quite a journey. I founded a data company in 2014, became CEO of China Payments in 2016, and led digital strategy as SVP at ENBD Group in 2018. In 2020, I took on the role of CEO at USA Payments. These roles have sharpened my expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, and commercial strategy.

I excel in creating new revenue streams, developing product roadmaps, and implementing AI and DevOps. My skills also cover replatforming, securing new licenses, and managing departments. From wealth management and payments to lending, SME, agency banking, consumer and merchant services, and capital raising, I work to ensure our bank’s growth and stability.
