The Journey So Far
Imagine starting your career as a Civil Engineer, then pivoting to an MBA, and embarking on a 20-year journey across diverse industries. That’s my story. I’m Biswaroop, and I’ve had the privilege of working in Telecom, Banking, EdTech, Media and Advertising, Real Estate Advisory (PropTech), and Fintech across India. I’ve even been part of massive political campaigns! What excites me most is driving hyper-growth in consumer-facing businesses. I’ve had successful stints both as an employee and now as an entrepreneur.

As a TEDx speaker, I share my journey and insights, and I teach at various B-Schools, covering Sales & Distribution, Digital Marketing, 360 Degree Marketing & Communications, and Product Management. Guiding students and mentoring young startup founders is incredibly fulfilling. I’m well-connected in the Angel Investment and Startup Incubator ecosystem in India, and I find great joy in networking and collaborating with like-minded individuals.
