” Negotiation is a dance of patience and strategy – listen deeply, speak wisely, and turn
obstacles into opportunities.”

I consider myself an investor in both personal growth and relationships, as I believe business fundamentally thrives on connections. I hold a master’s degree in physics, a diploma in administration, and have pursued doctoral studies in economics. Additionally, I completed the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School.

These experiences enabled me to contribute to Poland’s transformation into a democratic state. My journey began with the underground Solidarity movement, where I worked on publishing magazines outside the constraints of communist censorship. I later served as Vice Minister of Education, founded a university, led the Prime Minister’s political cabinet, served three terms as a Member of Parliament, and ultimately became Prime Minister.

Continuing to invest in myself, I completed training in interpersonal development with universities in Sheffield and Eindhoven, received a Bosch Foundation scholarship in Germany, and participated in the International Visitors Program in the USA. These opportunities helped me build valuable relationships in the Western world.

I gained expertise in investment banking as a board member at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London and later as an international advisor for Central and Eastern Europe at Goldman Sachs and the private equity fund EQT. As an independent consultant, I have collaborated with numerous banks and funds globally, particularly in modern technology sectors, including start-ups.

One of my proudest achievements was negotiating €67.8 billion in EU grants for Poland with Tony Blair, an effort for which Jacques Chirac honored me with the Order of the Legion of Honor.

Outside of work, I am passionate about sports, training in amateur triathlon and mountain running. I have completed the Ironman 70.3 twice. I also enjoy reading and analyzing global development trends and exploring the intricacies of the human mind.
